We had wine and cheese night last week with salami and prosciutto.  I don’t like regular cheese such as cheddar, mozzarella, and parmeaian, but I do like the ones we tried which were brie, humbolt fog cheese, and gruyere.   I’m not sure what you’d classify these cheese as.  Gourmet cheese? All I know is, cheese is quite expensive.  Good, but expensive.
